Leo picked up Ramon himself from the Penitentiary. He and Randy didn't have to go to that much trouble to pick up Ramon. But, Leo wanted to make sure Ramon would be safe in the new house they had prepared for Ramon. They also deliberately leaked news about Ramon's freedom to the media. All of that they did on purpose to lure Oscar to come.
"Sorry to bother you, commander," said Ramon. Leo shook his head. "It doesn't matter, later you will stay in the house we have provided. Later someone will take care of you there. But, of course from a distance. If there is anything suspicious they will immediately contact me."
Ramon took a deep breath, "Before going there, may I ask to be taken to my wife's grave?" Ramon asked quietly. Leo and Randy looked at each other. However, Leo immediately agreed to Ramon's request.
"We'll take you there. Casandra's grave, right?"
"That's right commander, thank you very much."
