"So," Kane drawled, beckoning me to accompany him over to the kitchen area. "Did you see the gatekeepers or not?"
"Gatekeeper." I followed him. "I saw some dude that looked like Kyleon."
"Yeah," Kane thought aloud. "That must be because the other gatekeeper was with Scarlet. I read that they like to do that with dual couples. It was far more efficient and effective. They would be in the form of the person you are most comfortable with in order to get honest answers for the interview."
