"What is it?" Leo came around to ask.
"Don't come." Angel blocked him. "Close your eyes and don't look."
I dawdled closer to Sabastian and Little Alzar. Relief washed over me when the yacht started to move. I stepped closer to the duo on the stern of the yacht. "Sabastian?"
His eye glowed as he stared out at the fields of flowers on the riverbank. There stood a young beauty. Long green hair swayed with the flowers. From our distance, she did not seem more than eighteen. It was not her beauty that sent my heart on overdrive. It was the way she waved at us. It was as if we were all friends. Worse, it did not look like a farewell wave, it was more of a 'hi, we will meet again'. I could not tell how long she was there and when Sabastian noticed her.
"Sabastian?" I touched his shoulder. "You should not look at her."
