"We are playing chess," I answered Kane when he walked over to us. "Your boss is a total thief."
Kane was not happy with my response. It was natural since he told me to stay clear of any intimate moment with Sabastian. Here we were playing a game. I decided to keep what the prize was from him.

"What?" My gaze flashed to Sabastian. "You are unbelievable." He did win. All my chessmen on the board were gone and his King captured my King. I did not even get to see what he did. Such a thief. "I win."
I gapped. The disbelief was too much.
Little Alzar skipped over to us. "What are you playing?"
The boy and angel surrounded us. I stayed silent. It was hard to recover from a loss I did not even get to see. It was a baffling situation for me.
