We managed to get to a shelter before the storm hit. Along the way, Kane collected wood to make the fire. We even stopped at a few fruit trees before we got here. Unlike the last shelter, this was large boulders packed together. Vines decorated the outside, covering the structure. To our surprise, the inside was large enough to shelter us with ease.
While Kane swept aside the leaves and broken twigs inside the structure, animals came by for shelter. Most came in duos. A few of them had offspring. None of them minded that we were invading their privacy. Which went to show how peaceful these creatures were. I could not understand why the Goddess of Darkness would make a mist that could hurt them. It was a good thing they were smart enough to relocate and look for shelter once a storm was nearby.
