If the world wanted to be it's enemy, than it would destroy the world!
If the heaven's wished to banish it to the netherworld, then it would destroy heaven and make the netherworld the new heaven!
If the sky were an eyesore, it would make earth sky and sky earth.
"...will take the Dao name Tenki Shi."
Heavenly Death.
A Dao name was no simple matter. It was the epethet by which the myriad worlds would know you, and if magics of prophecy or scouring formations were to be sent out, that is the name which would appear.
It is a name carved into ones soul beside the one given at birth.
It is what one will call out when reaching out to the Dao.
Such a name bellowed of the wielder's might, yet no one dared take it for one who dares bellow out the name Tenki Shi will surely be targeted by not only those righteous cultivators, but also by the Great Path itself!
"Primordial Tyrant."
His breath was ethereal, breaking out from his body and forming clouds beneath that shimmering moon.
Ancestors teach well lessons hard learned of the past, yet only in the preset can new lessons be learned, and only in this time can will be conveyed truly.
"Only the living can convey their wills clearly. My ancestors lost. I…" A husky shiver, power surged from the bottoms of his feet.
His head flicked back, forced upwards to the stars and many worlds far beyond.
Light refused to reflect off his gaze, and the darkness did not crawl within the gaps leaving only an immeasurable nothing, where only his own stars shone in his eyes.
Only the abyss formed by the curse colored his eyes, and the stars shining through it, his goals and ambitions dared to light them up.
Such was the nature of his gaze.
"...will not lose."
Burn the past, forge the future, Primordial Tyrant Sword Law.
From nothingness to existence, cut the void, Fukkatsu.
The void turned in on itself and something like a bottle cap popping off sounded in his head.
Enlightenment.
What dragons?
What great misery in the past?
What terrible wrongs?
What horrible fate?
What of it?
I alone mold my fate.
I alone decide my actions.
I alone am the guide of destiny.
I am… existence.
Click.
The void rippled, as though it was a fabric cut.
Fukkatsu returned to the scabbard, leaving that piece of void to recover itself almost instantly, however, it was undeniable.
Shou Xin had cut the void.

Feng Wuqing stood atop someones throat, holding her weight well enough to not crush it.
To understand why, one would need to go a bit back in time.
A month ago, right after the attempted assassination.
Bursting through the front gates of a certain property, several Law Experts were immediately alerted an turned with great killing intent.
Yet the moment it met her own calm, vast aura, it was as though a child was trying to threaten an adult, an ant daring to challenge a mountain and they folded.
"The Yan have gone too far." She did not hesitate to leave a message in that very place, in that very moment.
Blood sprayed.
None of them died however, she left them alive but crippled.
It was clear.
The Shou Clan would begin to move.
—
In Baylen's Rest, Yui Luo and Liu Gang went about their daily duties.
After fending off the invasion of the coalition from the various demon clans, they'd been incredibly busy, papers flying about in Yui Luo's office as thought her door were a spinning one, people coming in and out with papers of varying importance's.
Such was the nature of her position as the Treasury Hallmaster, in charge of all the wealth of the clan.
Especially heavy was the duty in these days when their inventory had increased so dramatically with the countless weapons and blood stones attained following the battle, much of it being sold using Lady Mu's connections creating a huge influx of wealth.
Using it, the walls and formation were reinforced, cannons carved into the stone walls they'd prepared more than adequate defenses to fend off a Law Expert of the Third Stage, at the very least.
Looking at all of the documents still flowing in almost endlessly, she couldn't find it in herself to complain since this was the result of that terrible, battle which seemed to have happened so long ago, yet felt like yesterday, every detail still terribly clear as well as the nightmares.
It was not an easy thing to watch so many of the people you know and see everyday suddenly disappear into… nothing.
Just empty bodies of flesh.
She shivered, and dismissed the thought as best she could, instead focusing out of the Treasury Hall.
Outside, renovations were still going on, and if one looked closely to past the clan land and into the city, they could see trade flourishing alongside the number of documents she would have to oversee.
With the protection of Lady Mu's fleet, it was no wonder that the people of the noble clans who had grown bored and curious would naturally want to see what the little city which had managed to rebuff such an unfavorable battle looked like and from it trade would spring up as merchants who smelled profit arrived alongside these young scions looking for a good time.
She much rather preferred paper work to having more of her people die.
She would rather live doing paperwork, than having to battle like that again on such a large scale, and seeing her people killed in such a way where they couldn't even scream.
The thought, not leaving as it always circled back, she shook her head hoping to get some peace soon, though she knew it was unlikely.
Liu Gang was sitting within the room as well, searching and sorting the expenses of the Warrior Hall which had greatly increased alongside the strengths of the warriors in the hall.
After that battle, there was much fallout, and no matter how much of a battle maniac he may seem to be, he could not escape the paperwork especially not so when everything now had to be categorized with the large spacial vault being finished.
It only looked like a little cube to other's, however, within it was a mountains worth of room for all sorts of things both magical and mundane.
Using much of the clan's wealth, the Treasury Hall had decided it was worth while to have such a safe place to store their wealth, especially so when it was already so difficult to simply defend themselves after the battle when the ranks were few and far between.
"Too many died, back then." She lowered her head, wondering, what could she possibly do?
He paused for a moment.
"Even a single death, is too many," His words pinched her heart, she wanted to rebuff him that that wasn't what she meant however he continued, "We might lose more soon."
She frowned.
Naturally she knew what he was talking about, it was the fact that Lady Mu would soon be taking her fleet and leaving.
Over the course of those few month's, they'd hardly managed to get some semblance of their prior strength back, but without a Law Expert it was impossible to maintain it and if their bluff was found out, it would be certain death.
They needed their master's to come back, or something dramatic to change within the clan.
OONG!
OONG!
OONG!
"The three gongs?!" Liu Gang's head swung around, kicking the earth he took off!
She was ripped from her thoughts.
Whoosh!
Leaving a crack in the floor as she swiftly ran towards their grounded fleet which was already beginning to take off.
"Hallmaster!" Shouts rang out from the atop the deck as she appeared on sight, yet she waved them away, there was no time.
Three Gongs….
Her mind raced as the fleet took off and Liu Gang got the cannons on the walls ready, those bunkers built over the last few months being quickly filled by the people in the city.
"...War." Her lips trembled, and her eyes passed over her crews knowing that more would die this time.
Who would it be?
Who was going to die this time?
Who would not be coming home?
Her teeth cracked from how tightly they were clenched.
