John took a moment to think whether the idiot before him was trustworthy. He had to admit that Kevin surprised everyone during the empowered soccer match. There was also nothing he was losing from this agreement.
"Mando? You could have asked me, I would have taught you." Coby mentioned to Kevin's surprise.
The teen's eyes opened wide in shock.
"You know it?"
It was at this moment, John recognized Coby when he watched the battle online. Coby was a contestant as well. Although he barely fought anyone apart from Lilith, he showed remarkable abilities.
His chances of getting recruited by a team would be so much higher if they both give him a shout-out. However, he would have to convince them why learning from his master would be more beneficial.
"My sensei has been proficient with mando for years now. Not only is he at an advanced level but even has a mando ability. I'm sure it could be good for the both of you." John tried to persuade them.
