Rebirth of the Dragon Kingdom

Almost a thousand years ago the nation of dragons guarded all others. Their power helped to end unjust wars and to prevent natural disasters. That was until the ruling bodies of the other nations decided to seal away the Queen of Dragons and remove all record of the nation from their histories. Now a young half-elf mage, unloved by everybody for being weak and talentless, goes on a thankless and small quest to wipe out some vermin near a broken mountain. Unbeknownst to the mage, and the corrupt noble who sent him on the quest, there are deeper secrets hidden within the mountain, and the Kobalds who live on the plains surrounding it are happy to lead him to it.
