Zaros looked at his wife with a smile. He leaned down and kissed her lips. "Are you hurt?" he asked her.
"No," Adira replied.
"Let's go ahead. I will take care," he said. She nodded.
Adira walked ahead along with her husband. Zaros didn't expect Adira to make this ruthless move. She was vigilant all the while. If she hadn't done this, she would have been mocked by all the Vampire citizens. He was glad she did it.
And to begin with, the man seemed to be weird. He didn't like him. Whoever dares to lay a hand on his wife is meant to die.
They walked inside. Adira and he went to his chambers while the attendees carried their luggage into his chambers. They freshened up and slept all day, taking a break. Even the food came to their chambers.
Next Night…
Adira woke up, seeing the twilight rays of the setting sun. The moon will come soon.
