"But?" Lenora wanted to say something but stopped again. Maximus saw the troubled expression on her face. He doesn't know what's bothering her but he wants to get rid of it for her.
"Trust me. I will help you figure it out," he said as he helped her hand.
"I can't heal at the vampire speed like before," she said with a pout.
Maximus looked at her with a surprised expression on his face. He didn't expect this would be her problem.
"Why?" he asked.
"I don't know," she said with a whiny voice.
"For how many days?" he asked.
"Nearly three days," she said.
Maximus's facial expressions changed all of a sudden. He wondered if it had anything to do with the women in the dungeon. It's the same day they brought 'Victoria' into the palace. He needs to have a chat with 'Victoria'. This won't do.
"Eat first. I will find something on this," Maximus said.
