Lenora had this sudden urge to go back to the place she went earlier. The tree which Ophelia leaned. It's a big tree, she doesn't even know what kind of tree. It looked weird and different from all the trees she have ever come across in her life.
Her heart was asking her to go back for some reason. When she asked herself why… she answered that she might find something important.
That's enough for her. Call her stupid, she did go back. Just then she saw High Priestess there chanting something. Magically, the tree turned into a natural color just like its previous self.
Perking her ears, she tried to understand the chants that Elphaba said, peculiarly… she understood them. She didn't know why… she has this urge to learn these chants and spells.
