The little girl struggled against her bonds.
But it was no use. Nothing was ever of use.
Her small body was tied down in a tight clasp. Her tiny wrists were hurting from the rusty shackles.
The large scar on her chest flashed through her mind as she saw the figures approach her. "No, no, no, no. Please, no," cried the young, innocent child. Desperate pleas tumbled out of her mouth while petrified tears raced down her cheeks.
She didn't want this. She didn't want this.
This could not be happening. She would've taken being sold off over this. At least then she'd have a choice. But she had been forced into this life.
"Pipe it down, brat…" one of them had ordered harshly.
"You are making this more difficult than it needs to be."
"Get away from me…!" shrieked the girl, fighting even harder.
"I SAID GET AWAY FROM ME!"
