"Did you like shopping earlier?" Nicholas immediately stood right behind Grace. It made Grace, who was just about to take off her shirt, seem surprised. She immediately turned around, looking at Nicholas with a probing gaze. For some reason, Grace felt so strange. Strange in various ways that made her confused to death. She looked at Nicholas's clean face, then looked at Nicholas' clothes. A gray shirt with a dark-colored afterglow always makes his appearance gloomy and gloomy.
"Yeah, for the first time in months cooped up here, I can finally do some shopping. You know, I bought a few things for Korvy, for my best friend, and you. Yes, of course, if you feel like what I bought for you. But if you don't like it, you can throw it in the trash," Grace replied. She was about to walk away from Nicholas. But the man stood in his way, pulling Grace's hand until their bodies met at one time. Nicholas smirked, his gaze fixed on Grace's full lips. He wanted to lick those lips, but his sanity kept against him. How not, he had made a promise to himself. He had promised not to do anything either, and before, Grace happily asked him. It was something Nicholas had been waiting for all this time. However, it seemed that Grace's self-resistance strength was incredible. He seemed never to think about lowering his ego even though Nicholas had tried so hard to make Grace melt with little by little the temptations that he gave to him.
"Sure, I'll wear whatever you buy, Grace. You know, what you buy is very precious to me. I want to make it the most ancient thing that no one in this world should touch,"
Hearing that, Grace seemed to be smiling, and she was sure that Nicholas would think twice after seeing what she had bought. Yes… something that Nicholas didn't like at all.
"Oh yeah? Would you believe what you said after you said that if you knew what I bought for you?" said Grace, with a smile. She walked over to pick up one of her glazed shopping bags, and then she took out all the things Grace had bought for Nicholas.
A yellow sweater, a brightly colored tie, a blue, white, and purple shirt, and a few other brightly colored things. Nicholas looked glaring at that, and of course, what Nicholas was doing was just silence. Made Grace quirk an eyebrow as she lifted the things Grace had bought for Nicholas.
"So how's it going, Young Master Kyle? Do you like all this? Because honestly, I think you'd look handsome in this. Sweeter pinks and yellows. I think you fit in with that," complimented Grace.
Nicholas looked annoyed, he tried to stay away from Grace, and it made Grace cross her arms to see Nicholas, who was about to leave Grace's room.
"Okay, so it's clear, isn't it, Young Master Kyle. You don't want to wear the clothes I bought you. What you're saying is that whatever I bought you was something precious. Okay, fine… you go back to your place. And I'm going to throw these things away. I'm going to burn them, or I'm going to give these things to Mr. Gob. I think Mr. Gob is going to be very—"
"I'll wear it," Nicholas interrupted in a tone so cold it pierced Grace's bones.
Grace smiled again, and then she raised an eyebrow looking at Nicholas with many devious ideas running through her mind.
"All right, Mr. Kyle. If you want to wear them, then wear these when we're at my house. And the others when you work. Would you like to do that?" said Grace. Nicholas was silent again, his eyes glaring at Grace. He now knew that Grace was playing him to perfection. And now Nicholas had caught up with his own words. Something beyond Nicholas' expectations made Grace feel somewhat triumphant over him. Nicholas would swear to avenge all of this, and he would make Grace dance hotly without a single cloth covering her.
"Grace, you know you played with the wrong guy. You played me, didn't you? But you picked the wrong opponent," Nicholas said later. Hearing this, Grace looked at Nicholas with her arms crossed. She drew an eyebrow then smiled at Nicholas. The smile managed to quell Nicholas' anger at once.
"Because I'm also curious, to what extent your patience with me, Mr. Kyle. Of course, I will do anything that would make your anger erode because of me," she said confidently.
We heard that Nicholas' smile immediately faded. Instead, Nicholas' gaze was sharp and pierced Grace's heart perfectly.
"You know, Grace, there's only one thing that makes me lose my temper because of you. And I hope you'll never do that until then."
Grace was silent, her body wholly frozen at all that Nicholas said. Nicholas' words were no joke, and his tone was truly threatening and horrifying. Grace swallowed hard, and then she watched Nicholas walk away silently. Grace immediately slammed her body perfectly on the bed, and her heart hurt excruciatingly. Somehow she shivered with cold when she received such treatment from Nicholas. She hated, yes, she hated being treated like that.
Meanwhile, Nicholas, still behind the door, chose to look at Grace, slamming her body on the bed. he seemed to hug her body tightly as if frightened. Nicholas's jaws hardened. How did all this happen? How could he be this weak now? he had hurt Grace. He had made Grace sad. After he snatched Grace's little world, he vowed never to hurt her again. But what happened? It turned out that everything was wrong. He always broke Grace again and again. Nicholas really couldn't understand why he was being petty and greedy like this. Become a monster who can't control himself in this way. A thing that made him always feel like the worst and stupidest in this world. Nicholas looked cocked his face when he saw Marvin already standing beside him. Then, while walking in a huff, he loosened the tie around his neck.
"Where are you going, Nick?"
"Shooting all the prisoners who are underground until my emotions subside,"
