She headed off to her study table and tried her best to stay as much as she could but sleep was greater and took her in ,she opened her eyes an found herself in a familiar forest,she realized she was dreaming and the fact that she forgot to visit lily.
She walked the familiar path to the Lily's house,the other witches who recognized her didn't say anything and let her in,she walked straight to lily's chamber and found her meditating and didn't want to disturb her so she sat in a corner but lily's voice rang out.

Alexa quietly walked closer to her and sat crossed leg just as she was and closed her eyes taking in a deep breath.
The point of meditation is to focus on one's breathing and be able to gain attention,while meditating whenever you feel your mind wandering about bring it back to your breathing and relax,lily said still with closed eyes and Alexa tried this and felt really refreshed.
You didn't forget you have exams tomorrow and fell asleep,did you?,lily said with a smile.
I dozed off just a little,Alexa said softly as she tried to control her breathing.
