Nicholas was inside his apartment, drinking wine and getting himself drunk. His mother brought him the invitation card that Serina sent to their home for him but he didn't bother himself to open it. He knew what the content would be and he didn't have the intention to come. It's a waste of time when she's not someone meant for him.
