Weekend and Serina decided to meet with Damon. It's been a while since they last saw each other and right now, she needed someone whom she can be honest with, someone who knows what she was without worrying about her magic.
Damon waited for Serina. He didn't mind waiting because he was used to it. He can be a friend to her and he knows not to overstep that boundary.
"Damon." Serina mumbled when she finally found him in the bookstore that they frequently visit. That's their favorite meeting place because of the books. She likes the smell of old papers and ink; and the scent was all over the place. She felt like she has lived a great life to be able to go to this place whenever she likes it. "Sorry to keep you waiting."
"I just got here." Damon replied even though he waited for more than half an hour. "It's good to see you doing better."
