"Pardon?" John heard Dreamer clearly but wasn't able to comprehend what he was just asked.
"What I mean is…Me and Bane or Liberi knows that you are not his real parents."
"Enough!"
John stood up, his eyes wide open with heavy breaths. It looked like he didn't like what he had heard just now.
"Careful Mr. John, Mrs. Kate would hear you." Dreamer said, calm as ever.
"Let her hear it! Kate! Come here!" John lost his reasoning as he called out Kate.
Kate was just a few feet behind Dreamer in the kitchen and when she heard John calling him, in anger that is, she came in an instant.
"What happened John? Why are you shouting?"
"This man is saying that Bane isn't our son! Can you believe it!?" John cried to Kate, expecting to get an angry reaction from her as well.
However, when Kate heard this, her face darkened, she averted her eyes from John and looked at Dreamer in shock and disbelief.
