He saw Otsuki's birth on Planet Cassiosepi. She had normal parents, normal life and normal habits. As she grew up, she became prettier.
They started calling her Moon Princess and when the Lord of that planet saw Otsuki, he fell in love at first sight.
Otsuki was eighteen at that time so the Lord proposed to her for marriage.
Her parents were happy. If she married the Lord then her life would be set and there was no way a girl would reject the Lord.
But Otsuki wasn't just any girl. She outright said, "I am sorry, I refuse. I love someone else."
The Lord's heart sank. He proposed to Otsuki on his knees and she dared to refuse him? He even proposed to her in front of every resident of the planet. He was humiliated.
And there was no Lord who would take such disrespect.
