"Yes. Pour a drop of this blood on the Ring and you will get to use their full power. Of course, the Rings have their own will but since it's not the First Mythical Ring, they will be easier to handle."
The masked man threw the glass bottle towards Kronos and the Time God caught it.
"Are you saying that the First Mythical Ring is hard to handle? Then how did Dreamer Heart do it? And how in the heavens does your blood awaken the Rings too?" Kronos asked various questions.
The other Commanders wanted to know the answers too.
The masked man sighed.
"Dreamer Heart handled the First Ring because that Ring cooperated with him. Otherwise, Dreamer Heart wouldn't have been able to even touch the Ring.
