So, dark and cold eyes just show the darkness hiding in one's heart.
When Mayor Roy first went to meet Dreamer in his mansion, he saw his eyes carefully.
And that same pair of eyes he saw outside the prison as he instantly recognised them.
"It's him… It's him… Michael!" Roy screamed, calling out for Michael.
"Wh-What? Who? What did you see?" Michael asked, coming beside Roy.
"The intruder… It's Dreamer Heart, the new Noble. He was here. I saw him." Roy revealed what he saw.
"Huh? Impossible. He can't be here. He just started his company. And he isn't that strong to come here and cause such havoc. You are hallucinating." Michael thoroughly rejected the idea. He even called Roy a hallucinator.
"Am I a kid? I saw his eyes. That was him. Wait… now I get it." Roy paused for a second.
