Chapter 3 - Chapter 3

She jumped down and felt a sharp pain in her knees. It hurt a lot. She then got angry.

Lilith: Ughhh I didn't ever have to work out!! It's all this F** king system's fault. Making me move around and do exercise makes me feel uncomfortable; I would never have needed to do it if it hadn't been for that b*tch Dolores. Now I have to kill some stupid criminals. She was muttering to herself and complaining about life quietly. Meanwhile, she reached the corridor leading to the front entrance of the reception room of the bank; that's where the robbers were.

Dolores: Situation view activated

Lilith: What on earth is that?!!

Dolores: Since you don't quite know how to use the built-in tools of the system, I'll help for now. This one specifically allows you to see the situation. It works like a CCTV camera, but you don't need a camera and only you can see it, not me.

Lilith: Oh, I see!!

She was strangely motivated, thinking whether or not this could be used to stalk people. Then a screen popped up in mid air with the same red and black frame, and it started showing a live video of what was happening. Lilith considered it for a moment and analyzed the situation, deciding that her stamina and strength would drag her down, especially since she didn't have anything but a dagger and there were hostages to protect, which she would have to do without harming.

Lilith: Dolores, can I use items that I have in my house?

Dolores: I can create a similar copy of that item, but what exactly do you want to copy?

Lilith: I have a gun in the third drawer of my bedside table; please copy it.

Dolores: Since we are copying a weapon, it will cost a lot, but I'll give you a discount for your first mission. It will take away 10 points, and 20 if you want it with bullets.

Lilith: YOU SCAMMERS EVEN CHARGE FOR BULLETS?! Ugh, FINE! Just do it quickly!

Dolores: -20 points, [Credit Points : 80] Copied item is now in the possession of the host. A gun spawned in her hand; she checked it and it had bullets in it, fully loaded, and it was now time for action.

Her gun came with a muffler, so she had equipped the muffler on the gun. She asked Dolores to activate the situation view again. She looked and saw the location of the hostages, the bank receptionists, and the police outside. There was one robber at the entrance, one in front of the reception, and the third one was patrolling the hostages. It was around 7 PM. It was already dark outside, since it was winter, and the police wouldn't see anything since they were standing outside. However, the hostages would still see her face, so she took out her facemask and put it on. Lilith knew that she may still be discovered, but this is all she had right now, and Dolores couldn't copy anything to cover her face. After this, she climbed into the vent that led to a vent that was right under the front of the door where the robber was standing. The vent was covered with a thin carpet, but it was still visible from underneath. She climbed and right when she saw the robber standing right over the vent. She aimed and shot the bullet right in between his legs and whispered.

Lilith: Ouch, that must hurt, but I don't feel bad; this b*tch - deserved it.

Lilith silently continued to crawl through the vent. She heard the robber crying in pain. The other two noticed, but they thought he was having second thoughts about robbing the bank, so they just screamed at him to shut the fuck up and do his job properly. It only took 30 seconds for him to pass out. He would die in a few minutes. The other two ignored the fact that he was like that on the ground and continued doing their "job." Then she crawled to the other vent window and peeked through it. The robber holding the hostages was right up front, but there was a problem. It was too risky to shoot because the robber was standing close to one of the hostages, so Lilith had to wait.

After a couple of minutes, the robber finally moved away, so Lilith aimed closely and shot him in the head. He fell down and died. Now comes the tricky part. There were no vents connected to the third robber. He was in the reception area up front, threatening the receptionist. Lilith thought for a while and decided she would crawl back to the corridor and try to silently walk in and shoot him in the head. She was about to head off when her jacket zipper made a sound. The robber heard it and came over. He saw the second robber dead on the ground as well. Lilith was shaken for a second, and then she realised this was a chance to kill him. She aimed from the vent as the first robber kneeled down to check the pulse and fired. They were dead.

Dolores: Congratulations to the host for completing a mission of difficulty 1. You are now [Level 1]. You have also gained 1000 cp, and have unlocked more weapons for your next mission. As Lilith snuck out of the bank, she heard the receptionist scream to the police that the robbers were dead. The police came and took everyone out. They checked the bodies, but the bullets were gone. Lilith overheard the police talking about the mysterious death and asked Dolores what happened to the bullets.

Lilith: ...

Dolores: this is also a built-in function; I remove all evidence indicating that the host committed the crime, because if you are arrested, the mission of clearing this world will fail, and I will take the penalty and disappear. As for you, you will #&$^#*&^$
