Chapter 71 - I'm not serious I can't give up after all this can I you know me?

"I'm not interested so leave me alone."

Odin said as he took a sip of his drink the woman that was constantly talking without pause finally stopped as she looked at Odin. She wanted to say something but stopped and stomped off in anger.

"How many has that been the twentieth?"

The bartender asked as he handed the drink to the customer next to Odin.

"The twenty-seventh person and twenty-fifth woman to talk to me."

"I wish I had that luck when you were young but at the same time it seems quite annoying."

The bartender said as he poured another drink for Odin. Odin had been in this club for a few hours and had many women come up to him. two men also tried seeing the woman that were rejected but also got the same reaction.

"I guess the next person to be rejected is arriving."

The bartender said as he chucked and went to the next customer. The woman easily stood out in the dark environment her white hair swayed rhythmically with the movement of her hips. Her red eyes were like huge rubies her white unblemished skin had a shine that attracted everyone's attention.

It didn't matter if you were a man or a woman gay or straight this woman called your attention and kept it on her. Slowly people stopped paying attention and they wondered why they were looking at the woman. For some reason, the beautiful woman looked so ordinary now but they soon didn't care and returned back to their actions.

"Mind if I sit here?"

The woman asked and then sat down without listening to Odin. She ordered a drink and then looked at Odin a small smile was on her face.

"Why are you in this universe I thought you were busy?" Odin said as he drank his drink.

"I can make time to see you you'd easily do the same, won't you?"

"With how it's going right now probably not Sammy is updating and I also am near a full breakthrough and I need to finish many things before I reach full transcendence," Odin said as he sighed he finished his drink and asked for another.

"You shouldn't keep drinking it's bad for your health." the woman said as she grabbed odins raised hand.

"If whiskey were to actually affect me then I should permanently erase myself but then again I've tried many ways to kill myself to no effect maybe I-"

"What did you say?!" the woman stood up and a huge pressure pressed over everywhere in the club her eyes were staring at Odin like concentrated layers ready to destroy him.

"It was just a joke do you think I would kill myself after I've come this far if I did that then I do deserve it?" Odin said as he calmed the woman down.

"Are you lying to me?" the woman was still mad and the pressure was increasing rapidly the people in the club were turned into a red mist.

"I'm not serious I can't give up after all this can I you know me?"

The woman slowly calmed down before sitting down and drinking odins drink. Odin reversed time before the event and sat down.

Odin was actually dying he had tried many ways to die but each failed but after so long the will to continue has been firmly planted on him. no matter what he couldn't give up that thought disgusted him if he saw any other him that would give up he would make sure to make him suffer.

"You better not die I can't lose you." the woman said after a while.

"Don't worry I won't and even you can easily live on without me I have done it even before the other me died I was already living alone and am basing power," Odin said with a smile but no matter how grand his acting was it couldn't hide his loneliness and hatred he had.

The hatred was not directed at anybody but himself no matter how strong he got he couldn't bring her back and that made him hate himself. At first, he tried a resurrection spell and it failed then he gained the gem of life and used his world's entire wealth and it failed.

He soon became the essence of life and still couldn't revive her no matter what it was he failed he soon tried scouring the universe to see if she was resurrected before he tried but that was fruitless. But not in the way one would expect he found her but her soul was now a clean slate he couldn't even awaken her soul memories.

This caused him to abandon the thought as now she was a new person no matter what love they had it couldn't be made by one that knew none of it. Now he was hoping he could reach above the ream to gain something he couldn't control with all his power and that was the essence of erasure.

Odin got up and walked out of the club the woman followed him. They walked for a long time before arriving at a forest Odin took out a small wooden bow and entered the forest.

"Are you going to hunt something?"

"Maybe I'm not sure maybe ill just practice my archery?" Odin jumped on a tree and looked around.

A small boar wandered around looking for food Odin aimed his bow at the animal. A red arrow appeared on the bow and he drew the string back. After a small second pause, he released the string and the arrow flew towards the boar. The sound the arrow made was loud sounding like a deafening roar the boar was scared and ran but the arrow hit the direction it was heading to.

The boar became a red mist as Odin lowered the bow and continued his training. He was lost in thought about many things he didn't have much time and he needed to complete many things.

"I'll be training you so get ready."

"What type of training is it bed training or something else?" the woman joked as she looked around the forest.

"I'm talking you up into the next realm so I need you to reach transcendence," Odin said seriously which made the woman serious.

"Understood."

After a while, they walked to another club this time it was to meet the person they were here to meet. As they arrived they saw a long line to the club Odin went to the door and entered. The guards were already aware of him so they didn't do anything.

As they entered they were met with the deafening sound of music and talking. Odin walked to the bartender and asked for the man they were to meet.

"Give me a second and I will call him."
