In the lush and green forest where dangerous beasts and monsters lurk that even B-Rank adventurers had a hard time defeating. Two small figures of a human person can be seen. The two children have the same features and look adorable and fragile. One was a small little girl and the other was a small little boy.
The human girl child has a normal-looking quality sword. She has a mischievous smile on her face while facing an orc that was threefold times her size. There was no hint of fear in the girls' faces instead it was burning with excitement.
Ten meters away from her was a human boy with a bow and an arrow. It was a well-made wooden bow and looked refined. The tip of an arrow was made of steel and dangerously glint under the sunlight.
This boy goes by the name Kaedence Wylie and the girl was Kerianna Riley. After making their weapon, they wait for almost 30 minutes to recover Wylie's mana and because of boredom, Riley keeps refining and circulating her mana. She was also practicing controlling and manipulating it causing her to gain two skills.

[ Steady Mana Recovery - A passive skill that enables users MP to replenish 2 points every second ]
After Wylie gain the [Steady Mana Recovery] skill, his mana recovery increased drastically. When it was finally fully replenished, they immediately go to the forest and find their prey. The two kids look fragile and defenseless and always get attacked by the beast or monsters that cannot feel magical powers that are practically oozing out of their bodies. They intentionally suppress their mana as to not intimidate the opponent.
It's already been a while since they entered the forest and they collected quite a lot of loot. There is fruits, wild plants, herbs and even poisonous plants. Why collect poisonous plants? Well, that's a secret.
Anyway, they also manage to kill 2 boars and 2 devils red rabbits.

It has a red fur with golden eyes that looks like a cat and two sharp horn that resembles the Taurus' Horn that is protruding in its temple. It is almost big as a 5-year-old child and the meat is edible]
When these two child decided to call it a day. They stumbled upon a lone orc. Riley immediately told Wylie to get into position. It may be alone but that doesn't mean that they can attack it recklessly. Riley and Wylie's strength, agility, and defense aren't commendable right now. They just came into the world today and are still very weak. In a sense, they are still a newborn child.
However, even if that was the case, Riley and Wylie had an experience of beating an orc. In the past, an orc is just an ant to them so they weren't scared but that was in the past and they were in the present.
They are still weak but they knew the monsters' weakness' really well. After all, they still know their previous lives and their fighting styles were engraved in their very soul.
Now, Riley is facing an opponent that was three times her size. When Wylie told Riley that he was already in a position and is ready to shoot anytime through their mind link. Riley immediately took action and draw the attention of the orc to herself. She looks small and fragile in contrast to the orcs robust, big and powerful body but the little girl's expression and posture said otherwise. It is confident and intimidating.
The orc was slightly taken aback at the girls oozing mana when she saw her but compose himself and roar in the hope to scare the little human girl but instead, the little girl just shows an amused smile.
The orc charge blindly at the little girl. It raises its lump arms and attack the girl. The little girl jumps sideways and slashes her sword to the arm but it only scratches the orc.
Riley's sword's sharpness is top-notch but her strength is low. How can a mere 7 strength put enough force to slice through the skin of this orc? Not to mention, this orc is an Elite Orc and is 3 times stronger and tough than an ordinary orc.
If the ordinary orc has a strength that can Rival C-Rank hunters then what about this orc? Yes, this orc poses a threat to even veteran B-Rank hunters.
The forest that their house was located in was a dangerous forest where dangerous creatures resided. The monsters and beast that live here is much stronger than normal. It is threefold the strength of the ordinary monsters/beast that this world's citizens are aware of.
Anyway, back to the fight—
Seeing that her attack didn't work. Riley clicked her tongue. Her brain turns at full speed. Calculating all possibilities and Solutions.
'My attack didn't work so I'm sure no matter how I attack. It will only scratch it due to the toughness of its skin.'
Skin that is comparable to the toughest rock.
'Then, Should I continue attacking to weaken it? No, I will run out of stamina before I could even weaken this monster. My strength is still so low but I had the agility.'
Riley calculated all the possibilities while dodging the attacks of the orc. Landing hit in every opening she saw.
'I also cannot use my skill [Destruction] to infuse my sword since it will destroy the meat! Orc meat is delicious. I've eaten it in my past life!'
She has already tried it, when she infused her mana and activate her skill [Destruction] with her sword and when that process is done, her sword suddenly is surrounded with a black miasma and attacks the boar. The boar was easily cut in half but the part where the sword cut has been burnt black and like a poison, it spread through the meat. When Riley and Wylie used their Analyze/Appraisal it states that it can not be eaten due to a toxic chemical that was mixed in the meat.
Riley can do almost anything with the skill destruction except at creating things. She can use it to coat her sword with black miasma to increase the damage of the opponent. Even if the sword infused with [Destruction] only graze the opponent. It is enough to immobilize the opponent's certain parts of the body where the sword hits/scrapes. For example, if the sword infused with [Destruction] graze the arm of a person then that person's arm will be useless.
So, using the skill destruction to kill this opponent is out of the question if we want to eat its meat.
'I have to do something about my strength! In my 12th life as a cultivator. I use Qi to enhance my physical abilities. I use qi to transcend and surpass the abilities possible for a mere mortal. What if—'
Riley's train of thought was interrupted when she heard the orcs enrage roar. Riley charges forward and infused her mana to her sword to coat her sword with her ice element.
The sword in Riley's hand glowed and emitted a mist of sky blue. She leap forward and aimed her swing at the orcs Quadricep Tendon.

As expected it only scratch the orc but this time it was a deep scratch. She used her momentum to add more force and damage in that attack which cause the deep scratch despite the orcs skin toughness.
The place where the cut was, appeared a frost of Ice. It spread through the wound slowly like flowing water.
The orc was suddenly on his knees, unable to stand because the vital point in its leg is damaged.
『Now!!』
Riley said to Wylie through the mind link. When Wylie receives Riley's signal. Wylie immediately aimed his arrow at the orcs head and release it.
Before the orc could stand and gather himself. An arrow pierces through its head and the orc's vision gradually grows dark.
The orc fell to the ground with a loud thud. Wylie came out from where he was hiding and join Riley who has already put the orc in her storage.
"Let's go back!" Said Wylie
"Yeah! Lets! We have already quite a haul today!" Said Riley enthusiastically as she think of what she could cook with the edible meat that they have hunted for the day.
When Riley finish her sentence, the familiar monotone voice and the plate appeared before them.

"Even though we have that skill. I still want to eat and taste food every day! Anyway, We can check the Quest and other functions about the system later on in detail. For now, let's go back and I'll cook some food!"
Wylie didn't retort back and only nodded his head. He, too, want to eat food every day even if they had the Hunger Resistance Skill. Also, her little sister's cooking is world-class. Thinking about the food! The twins hurried back to their house with smiles on their faces. Not knowing that defeating a beast/monster in the forest they live in is absurd not even counting the fact that they were 10 years old. An orc that will need a group of C-Rank Adventures to defeat it.
