The next morning, Raine was already awake by the time Cali woke up. It was a first for her to sleep with a woman, and it honestly felt rather exciting. Already, she couldn't help but feel a tinge of excitement about doing things together with her twin sister in the future.
"Good morning," Raine greeted with a bright smile. "I hope you slept well…"
Cali turned, seeing her sitting on the couch as if she was there to guard her throughout the night. Well, that was indeed the right thought. She was guarding her since they'll never know when Balon would launch his attack. Her men were also ready to barge into the house at any time depending on her signal.
"How long have you been watching me?" Cali mumbled as she rose up from the bed.
Raine chuckled, standing up as well. "I see that you have sharp instincts," she commented while walking up to Cali's balcony. "I think you should swap with my room, Cali. That one doesn't have a balcony. This place isn't safe…"
