"Did you two really have to hide the fact that you two were married from us?" Raine asked after a few seconds of, ironically, recalibrating herself. "Why?"
At her question, Levi immediately gestured to Mia, the latter quickly stepping forward as she giggled, "Well, I just thought it would be a neat prank to play with you all… assuming none of you caught on this early, unfortunately."
Raine didn't know whether to laugh or to congratulate the newlywedded couple before her. Sure, they hid their marriage from them all for a laugh, but it was something that she could respect. Why, if she had the same idea, she probably would've suggested the same thing to Nathan.
"Fair play then," Raine shrugged. "Too bad Lyne and I caught you two in the act."
"That's assuming you two wouldn't play along for laughs," Mia slyly suggested. "It's just the two of you that know right now, right?"
