Night came, and as Raine expected, Nathan was unable to come see her in person. He would simply have to make do with a quick video call with her in his free time, at which she tried her best to understand the situation.
Still, Nathan had promised that he would come home to Moon Clan early tomorrow since their wedding ceremony would be held at night.
Also, Lyne had sent her a report on Nathan's whereabouts, seeing as she was also acting as his secretary while Aspen held the role of his assistant inside the Convel Society.
Even though Raine was inside the Moon Clan territory, she still kept herself busy in managing the family business, the Yue Group, by having business video call meetings with her directors.
