What happened in the Moon Clan territory quickly reached the Mirage Councils, and they promptly sent the Mirage Armed Forces and Investigators to check on the situation and do what was needed to be done. Those headed by elected officers came directly from the three clans comprising Mirage, and they have been meticulously chosen to prevent any sort of unbiased ruling of any situation.
