Meanwhile, inside the Moon Clan compound proper, Levi, Lyne, and Mia were all running themselves ragged in trying to keep the peace throughout its halls. The innocents still there were right on the enemy's crosshairs, and they had to do their best to make sure that none of them were caught in the crossfire.
"Are there any more people still around?" Lyne asked just as she was finished ferrying yet another batch of innocents to their designated safe area.
"There's still a few more outside," Levi called out, also just being done with making sure his batch of people got themselves to safety. "Mia's getting them now. We should focus more on making sure that this area's secure."
"Right," Lyne nodded. "Still, we also have to make sure that they even understand what's happening."
