The idea that Shane was still obsessed with me was daunting. It wasn’t news but it was worrying. Now that he had Half Moon and the rogues under his command made him a threat to us and our pack.
“I know he hasn’t given up on me,” I said.
“I do think we’re good for a few days but I don’t think he’d have the balls to attack us as his first course of action as Alpha,” Ethan said.
“Oh, he would,” I said remembering my dreams. “My dreams make so much sense now. No matter how hard I thought about it, I couldn’t figure out how he was able to attack us. Especially when the trial left him without access to his pack. I couldn’t figure out how he could attack us with the numbers that he did…”
“With his pack of rogues joining his numbers as Alpha of the Half Moon pack. He has a sizable force. We still aren’t sure how many he has under his command for now but we know it’s a hefty number. We’ve always known he was a threat but now he has the power to back it,” Ethan said.
