Chapter 16 - 2024 A New Beginning

Hello, many may wonder what happened to me and why I did not return to post, first of all I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year although I know I'm a little late.
But well back to why I have not published anything, too many things have happened in 2023, I do not know if I have said, but I am a soccer player, and this year I had too many injuries and I also missed several important games and I almost missed a final, I managed to play but entering as a substitute and unfortunately I lost that game, I was hurt by that for a few days but that was one of the mildest things that happened in 2023.
A few days before Easter, one of my friends who I think of as a brother was arrested very unfairly and ended up in jail for several weeks, the authorities conspired with some people and created false evidence against him, that was the first reason why I stopped writing, I could not think of anything, since we did not know anything about my friend, fortunately he is already free and his case has been resolved.
Another thing that happened to me was that I started a relationship with a girl, it was almost in the middle of the year, I was very hurt because of my friend and she was the biggest support I had during all that time, I really even loved her, but every romantic story has its end, mine was very short, although I had good times, I was worse than I was.
At least the good thing was that I was able to finish my studies without problems, I was even looking at the possibility of getting a scholarship to Japan, since I would really like to be a novelist.
Many things happened but I am very sure which was the worst of all, I will give you a small summary, 15 years ago my mother was detected with breast cancer, she followed treatment every year, in 2023 it seemed that she was getting better, she looked better than in previous years, but unfortunately on November 15 she passed away, I really hit rock bottom, I did not know what to do, but I was able to overcome it.
