The moment Scarlett Pride arrived home, everyone was anticipating for her return, most especially her father and brothers.
Even the staff members were worried and concern towards the only daughter of Richard Pride. Knowing that she may have gone through such a difficult and shocking moment.
They knew how shocking it would have been for Scarlett Pride. Because all in her life, she was sheltered and pampered by her family. Protecting her and prevented her from getting involved in the matter of hunter, to avoid any unnecessary risks.
But now, the girl they used to protect and pamper has been given the opportunity to become an official hunter.
If they thought Scarlett was shocked because of finding out the difficulty and harsh reality of being a hunter, Scarlett was in fact more shocked in experiencing it herself.
She knew how challenging and dangerous being a hunter was. Though, having it experienced herself made her realize many things about the new world she was bizarrely transmigrated into.
'I have read all the fighting scenes and the gore details of every encounter that hunters had to go through in this story. But experiencing it myself truly makes it all beyond belief and outrageous. Because what I used to read has come into reality and now…' Scarlett thought to herself as she walked her way to her own room.
Others were watching her walk distracted and looking dazed.
Belinda wanted to comfort Scarlett but she could only assist her and prepare things for her.
As Scarlett passed through the hallway nearing to her room, her brothers could not utter any single word because they understand how shocking it might be for their only sister. They were grateful for her survival and successfully making it through the first night in the Hunters Academy, just like how they went through in their first night as well during their time.
'Living inside the story that I used to read has become my new reality now. Including the bloodshed and all the chaos written inside. Now, I have to go through it all.'
'I do not want to die! So I will do everything what it takes to live. Even if I have to cover my own hands with blood and bruises,'

While she entered her own room to rest, Alec Pride went to see their father in his room.
As soon as Alec entered, Richard Pride was standing by the glass window while Edward and Gary were already seated on the couch separately.
Butler Fredo was already by the door, greeting Alec as he entered.
"I guess none of you can sleep as well. And contemplating if we should let Scarlett go on," Alec continued in his complain once more.
This time around, both his brothers were not stopping him because they had the same doubts.
"Even if we decide to stop Scarlett from becoming a hunter. Your sister has already decided for herself. Dominguez has already given his report regarding your sister,"
"Didn't you see your sister's eyes? It is not filled with surrender. On the contrary, she looks like she just accepted a huge challenge,"
Richard Pride further explained to his sons, "And I fear, your sister may go beyond what we expect from her. Scarlett may eventually succeed in the path she chose for herself. No matter how much I want to deny her in treading the same path as we did. Looks like she would be going through it all whether we like it or not."
Everyone knew from that point on that Scarlett was not backing down in becoming an official hunter.
"If I may, sir?" Butler Fredo interjected.
"Yes, Fredo. What is it?" Richard Pride wondered to their most trusted butler.
"Isn't it more reassuring for all of us if we send one of your sons as a recommended addition to the faculty members of the Hunters Academy?" Butler Fredo suggested to the headmaster of Pride Family.
The sons of Richard Pride and him were surprised at the suggestion of Butler Fredo.
"Actually that would be a great idea," Richard Pride's response to Butler Fredo's suggestion.
He looked at his sons if who would be the best person to recommend as a new faculty member of the Hunters Academy.
Edward Pride was currently preoccupied in their family business.
Gary Pride on the other hand was recently tasked by Richard Pride with important things to be accomplished.
Thus, it left Richard Pride with no choice but to recommend his youngest son to the board of directors in the Hunters Academy as his best recommendation for internship in the faculty department of the academy.
It was something that would be difficult to refuse by the hunters. Having a member of Pride Family in the faculty department would boost integrity and honor to the academy. Pride Family's reputation was highly considered by the society of hunters.

~ Day after ~
[-IN THE PRIDE HOLDINGS ENTERPRISE-]
The Alpha Prince of the Crescent Moon Pack went for a quick visit in the division office of Scarlett. He didn't have the chance to check on Scarlett after she was discharged from the hospital.
Ivon was completely dazed and distracted by her own thoughts regarding the incident in the mall. Because she was bothered by what happened to Scarlett.
Somehow before things transpired, Ivon had a sudden feeling that something bad may happen to Scarlett but she ignored it. She kept thinking to herself that if she did something earlier on then things may not have taken place as what occurred.
Before her thoughts went further, a familiar voice interrupted her contemplation.
"Excuse me, you are Scarlett's friend right?" Prince Kratos asked Ivon.
"Um, yes? How may I help you?" Ivon's quick reply.
"Do you know where Scarlett is or whether she is coming to work today?" He further asked.
Even before he asked his query to Ivon, the Alpha Prince of the Crescent Moon Pack already scanned the room through his werewolf senses.
He only asked Ivon to find out if she had any knowledge or information about Scarlett at the moment.
"Well, her personal details remained confidential, including her address and other stuff. Somehow, only higher executive ranking position can take a look on her personal details. As of my own knowledge about her condition and well-being, after she was discharged, I have no idea as well!" Ivon informed Prince Kratos.
Then she asked him, "Why are you asking? Looks like someone is worried for her."
Not only Prince Kratos became suspicious but Ivon was also suspicious regarding the unusual worry and concern of Prince Kratos towards Scarlett.
At the same time, Prince Kratos was starting to become more curious about Scarlett's personal background.
"Nothing, I just wanted to share with her about the result of our project proposal given to her," the Alpha Prince did not hesitate in making his own excuse.
"Anyways, thanks for the time. Ivon is it?" Prince Kratos remarked.
"Yeah, that's me! No worries, my pleasure! Once she returns, I will tell her that you dropped by," Ivon's response to the Alpha Prince.
Prince Kratos left with full of curiosity.
He immediately picked up his phone and called for someone.
"I want you to check on Scarlett Lively, ASAP!" a serious tone coming from the Alpha Prince as he gave out his urgent order.
