Chapter 11 - Prologue

The War

When he was created, his creation had gone against the laws and boundaries between humans and the supernatural. The only people who knew of his creation were the Council and the members of the Alliance. As soon as it was heard that he had obtained the power of a time god, an uproar broke out between the supernatural and the humans. The King of a "mythological" race had ordered for the new creation to be killed. With a little backfire, the Council had finally agreed, killing and sealing him away. As the uproar had died down, the people who started to believe in the new creation had not, thus creating cults and worshippers.

Centuries had passed, and he was found by a human male. The cults that had not let their beliefs die, had found this human male and realized it was their "god", thus worshipping him from the sidelines and doing his bidding. Finding towns of humans and supernatural creatures for him to kill, all for the sake of getting the Council's attention, which had been disbanded long ago.

He was defeated and sealed away once more and the 3rd King of the "mythological" race had taken him under his care, placing him in his realm. With the second disappearance of their "god", the cults worked from the sidelines, raising awareness about his existence, thus starting the war of beliefs and the war for the power itself. This war consisted of supernatural beings and humans trying to gain the power of the "god" for themselves, others just wanted to worship and praise him from the sidelines, while the remaining few were trying to contain the violence that was being spread.

His location was soon leaked by a corrupt supernatural being, this, in turn, started the 1st raid on the Middle Kingdom. The 3rd king had fought with the Alliance against the other supernatural races. Having found another plan, the king had his female mage use her blood to seal his presence, making it seem like he had disappeared once again, thus ending the first raid and starting the use of blood to keep his presence hidden.

With his third "disappearance" many people believed that it was all a hoax. The cults and the people who wanted his power for their own, still believed he was alive and still continued to keep the constant disagreement and bloodshed between everyone.

He was then placed into the present king of the "mythological" race and had coordinates placed on his whereabouts. Another leak had gotten out, beginning the 2nd raid for his power. The previous king ended the raid by placing a barrier around his kingdom, pushing everyone out, and allowing no one to enter without permission from the royal family. Ending the 2nd raid.

The mage that was used to keep 'him' at bay soon passed, along with her husband. Having no mage to keep 'his' voice silent, the present king had become very acquainted with the spirit that lived inside of him.

The previous king had set out to make new alliances with other races to keep his son safe and his war companionships stronger but, his life was soon taken from him by the very race he was beginning to trust, beginning the 3rd raid.

The 3rd raid had ended as quickly as it started when the present king was placed into his new role. He began to rule with a cold demeanor and order a hit on the very race that killed his father. Thus, beginning the race war inside of the time war.

The 4th raid on the Middle Kingdom happened years later when the present king was at his weakest. Having been deprived of the blood he needed to keep 'his' voice at bay, the king had been drained of his being. Putting on a front for years, he could do nothing but stand and watch as his people were killed by the raiders that invaded. Using all of his strength, the king had plunged his people down to the human realm and ordered them to live as humans until something could be done. The Middle Kingdom was thus abandoned, and the present king was put under a spell to keep him and the voice hidden until the new bloodline was found. That spell soon broke with the death of its caster, creating the havoc that would soon come to the present day.
