The dome shattered and all the evil ghosts outside rushed directly toward the center of it, right at the place where the cocoon had been.
But in place of Jezdal, was something almost indescribable! That thing was an abomination made of bones, twisted faces screaming and the flesh of the poor disciple that was no more.
The sight was more than horrible, it was a living pile of gore and ghosts!
Dracs had been backfired with his skill and was unable to react for a couple dozen seconds, only to see the abomination forming in front of his eyes and his two remaining companions lying on the floor half dead.
At this moment the system was turning crazy.

At this moment the system executed many tasks at the time, strengthening the strings of corruption inside the young master body, then the corrupted winged sword was shrunk until it reached the size of a normal one that can be held with one or two hands.
Many corrupted chains were wrapped around Taidian's hand and sword handle until they were attached to the wings.
So, with his right hand, Taidian held the corrupted sword that emitted an eerie aura and with his remaining one, he launched a fearful spell that wasn't unknown to Dracs!
It was a full net of chains of all kinds, with Fire Chains, Corrupted Chains of Purification and Ghostly Chains!
The abomination that was rushing toward Dracs got struck severely by hundreds of chains that started to collide and ripped the flesh and bones of this monstrosity.
Many ghosts were burned to death or purified into energy and chunks of flesh fell on the ruined ground in the middle of the place.
But at this moment…
"Ahahahahahahahah! You! You are not human! Why do we have to fight! Let us complete our transformation and I won't kill you ahahahah.
"Ahahahha, kill!"
"No, I sense no soul, no taste! Ugh!"
"But the little human has a soul, bleheheheh…"

The cacophony of voices were more and more powerful, that strange noise was a strong mental attack wave! Fortunately for Dracs, he was protected inside the system.

And so, without any emotion, 'Taidian' reinforced the spell with continuous energy, and then, he took a big impulse that made a hole on the ground and attacked furiously with the sword aiming for the abomination that was struggling in the net!

The collision between the sword and the monstrous entity created a shock wave that blew everything in its path and the abomination screamed loudly in pain with its multiple voices.
"NO, NOOO, NOOOOOOOOO!"
The blow had been perfectly executed and had penetrated deeply in the monstrosity, making it lose even more bones, ghosts and flesh.
Suddenly, right after the mighty blow, the left hand that was casting the net of chains plunged inside the abomination, reaching for its newly formed Mortal Core and grabbing it instantly!
The monster exploded in fury and tried everything to escape the death trap, but to no avail, its fate was sealed.
And a couple seconds later, the abomination started to collapse into a disgusting pile of blood and bones as the ghosts that had joined the monster in its transformation were all trapped by the chains.
However, the system was not over yet and under Drac's wide eyes, all the other ghosts that were still in the vicinity were hunted and grabbed one after another by the corrupted chains!
So, when all the enemies were subjugated, all the chains retracted and then formed a magnificent cocoon around the young master.
Then the system activated several cultivation techniques at the same time, incredibly increasing the cultivation of Taidian and Dracs by leaps and bounds!
From the outside you could see a large vortex of energy sucking in all the qi around as well as the corruption and the ghosts, moreover all the ghosts were gradually absorbed into the prison inside Dracs.
The sword itself seemed to be enjoying the process and its aura intensified as well.
