Celeste didn't quite know what Crescent was doing, but he was intent on taking her with him. To the point that he had even gone to talk with Edgar about it to make sure she didn't get in trouble for being away from work.
"Crescent what is all of this about?" She asked as he practically dragged her out of the coffee shop.
"Aren't you supposed to be working right now too?" She tried to get her hand back from him but he was refusing to loosen the hold that he had on it.
"No, I am taking leave right now as well because this is far more important." He replied as he checked both sides of the road before crossing quickly.
"I want an explanation." She demanded as the other unlocked the car. He didn't let go of her hand as he opened up the passenger door.
