The alpha was annoyed that his plan to talk with Celeste later that evening had been ruined by a request for a late dinner with a rather important figure in the California mafia.
Bane would have ignored it if it weren't for the fact that he knew the person in question was connected to Rodolpho. If he snubbed the man, there was no way that the older mafia boss wouldn't get wind of it. Bane had no excuse at the ready he could rely on to explain his way out of rejecting seeing the other.
Which left him with the only option of meeting with the other. At least he hadn't changed out of his work clothes for that day so it wasn't as much of a bother as it could have been.
