Everything sounded unintelligible to Bane. No matter how much he tried to listen, his mind just didn't want to focus on the conversation going on in front of him.
Could he be blamed though? Humans had a bad habit of talking too much in his opinion. Especially on subjects that didn't matter all that much or weren't relevant to the main conversation.
The second reason for his inability to focus on the conversation had something to do with the fact that he had hardly gotten any sleep the night before. Divo was to blame for that and partially himself for choosing to answer the phone again even though he knew better.
"You know that I'm here to make a deal with you guys. Because of the way that it is going, it's your job to bring something forward that's going to impress me." Bane told the men sitting around the table he was seated at. He was trying to direct the conversation back to the main subject so that he could leave sooner rather than later.
