"Why do you keep doing this?" Celeste asked with a sigh as she looked up at the moon. The dog had moved to lay at the edge of the terrace.
"Being like what?" The alpha asked on the other end of the phone. His voice sounded somewhat further away than it had earlier like he had set the phone down somewhere.
"Nice one minute, pushing and bossy the next. I don't even know which side of you is the real with the one you behave." The little human explained.
"Like how you left here this morning like I did something to upset you even though I was the one who was upset." Bane was quiet on the other end of the phone after she said this.
"Sometimes l think when I watch you that you only behave differently with me, but at other times I can't tell if it's just the moment or if you're like this with everyone." She admitted.
