It took Celeste almost five minutes before she was able to get the animal out of her face. The creature kept whining and trying to lick her face the entire time much to her dismay.
"Okay, okay. You need to stop that now." She scolded as she tried to push the creature off her. It didn't take her long to figure out that it was a dog. One that despite the fact that it looked rather thin and lanky was actually quite strong and determined.
The creature whined at her again as it tried to lick her face before she had a chance to stand up.
"Stop doing that. I have no idea where you came from." She repeated again as she pushed it muzzle back away from her face. It seemed like it could tell she was starting to get annoyed as it backed off and sat down while watching her.
