Bane could tell by the expression that was on Celeste's face that his werewolf side had made the wrong call in doing this She was intrigued but the fear and uncertainty consumed her more than her curiosity did. That was never a good thing when it came to humans.
He doubted that Divo was paying too much attention to this either. His wolf was likely just happy that the little human hadn't run away screaming yet. One point in his favor but not if the only reason she hadn't done that was because fear had her glued in place.
"Why don't you tell me what you're thinking then?" Divo coaxed. If he couldn't move, he at least needed to get the other talking so he knew how to proceed. Her mixed emotions mingled with her scent were throwing him off as was the hard-to-read expression on her face.
