Celeste wasn't thrilled about sitting so close to the alpha in the back seat of the car. There was a space between them from the middle seat but the close proximity still made her uncomfortable.
The one thing that she was happy about was getting her phone back. The turner person who was responsible for taking her to where Bane was had left it in the car what he called safety measures. He didn't want her to use it before she knew what was going on or when she was left alone.
The little human wanted it though so that she could message Liam before they got to the host club. She hadn't gotten the chance to explain anything that was going on to him and didn't want him to be blind-sides by seeing her there with Bane.
She had told him there was someone she was trying to get to let her be after their 'date' but she hadn't told him exactly who it was. It was the least that she could since they were already on their way to the club.
