Tony ended up not leaving even though Jen went off on him over the way that he had been behaving because of what Celeste said. She didn't think that there was any reason for the other to be acting as he did.
She could have understood it if Bane had done something unfathomable to their friend, but he didn't despite the fact that they were alone together at his penthouse. He had just made sure that she was adequately taken care of. Trying to ask her friend what his problem was with the rich businessman or Celeste didn't give her any answers aside from what he had already told her about not liking him.
Based on this she determined that it had been the right choice to exclude him from the rest of the conversation as she went upstairs to join her friend and talk everything else over with her.
