The snow crunched under Bane's boots. He had his hands stuffed as far into his pockets as he could get away with in order to protect them from the cold. His jacket didn't have a hood which meant that there was little he could do to protect his face from the nipping cold as he refused to wear a hat that would ruin his hair.
Had it been any other day, he would have stayed inside his condo tucked up into his fluffiest bathrobe with a cup of coffee to keep him warm as he waited for the cold to blow over. Even his pack cave would have been better than what he was currently dealing with.
He had one mission though and there was nothing that would deter him from it. Not even the bitter New York cold that felt as though it was trying to freeze him into place.
