CHAPTER SEVENTEEN
'Oh my goodness', Micaela screamed at the top of her voice as she notices the cage was open and not in good shape the following morning.
Micaela couldn't believe her eyes, the rodents were no where to be found either. Luna couldn't tell her what happened so she just kept quiet with a bit of guilt.
'No! Why is this happening to me', she cried.
'Stop crying', Luna says still feeling guilty.
Captain Lucas surveys the areas and tries to search for clues maybe he may find the rodents.
Few hours later captain Lucas came with a conclusion
'I think the rodents must have gotten so powerful and stronger at night and escaped', he said
'We both know that's not possible', Micaela said trying to wipe her tears
'I believed in myself but now I put everyone down', she added still weeping.
'I promised to go to the pet shop to replace them,so stop crying darling', he said trying to calm her down.
He kept to his word and this time Luna kept assuring herself that she was stronger than the temptation.
'Looks like there's plenty of you guys out there', Luna says talking to the rodents.
