CHAPTER FIVE
This is the most beautiful thing that has ever happened to me', Rek says looking at Luna as she looks away in shyness. 'I love you Luna he added, 'i love you more she said now turning her face back at him.
Luna finally took the courage to visit rek's mother after a long time of avoiding it.
Alaska, rek's father was so happy for his son, His wife Nikita rek's mother wasn't too happy, she has always wanted her son to be a mate with a Beta or a zeta werewolf, she says they're alphas left hand, she underestimated the omega's and called them the outcast in the pack, she refers to them as a weak unsuccessful losers. Her dislikes for omega's are just so deep. ' I'll fix this, my son deserves a good potential mate',she said soliloquizing.
She tries her best to stay comfortable with the presence of Luna but she just couldn't. Luna could tell that Nikita wasn't pleased in meeting her.
Nikita would ask Luna alot of questions just to make fun of her and this was pretty not cool. The worst of it was seeing Rek laughing at his mother sense of humour indirectly making jest of her and her kind.
Luna tries to stay a bit more longer even after Nikita has convinced her to pass the night over but she refused. She totally wasn't enjoying their company.
"Understand that being married to an alpha will require you to accept a certain degree of perfectionism", Ivory Luna's mother said advising her daughter as she appreciated her mum gratefully.
She tells her mother ivory how Nikita rek's mother has treated her so badly and had made fun of her. Ivory as a good mother advises her to take things just easy. She convinces her daughter to overlook everything Nikita rek's mother does to her. She advises her to follow her dream and be with whom she loves without caring what anyone thinks.
'I have learnt about the things that interest him, so I can keep up with his wit and assist him with his goals; Luna said talking sweetly to her mum.
What is he like? Ivory asked
'He's brash, doesn't care what anybody else thinks no matter the situation and he's unquestionably in charge to top it up he's so loving caring and everything I want', she answered smiling.
'I'll like to meet him', ivory says as Luna promises to introduce them all to him.
Just then Randolph cuts in throwing a big deer at them, 'Lets celebrate with this, for the first time you did what was right', he said
Luna was very shocked at what just happened. Her father who had chosen to ignore and show signs of hatred towards her has finally decided to act all nice.
'I didn't do this for you, I did it for myself because I really love him and not because you want me to head out on my own; Luna said looking away in displease.
'As a princess you should know what the kingdom needs, not a pup who plays around but one who's ready to lead the pack someday', Randolph said grabbing a larger part of the deer.
Ivory quickly interrupts to avoid any argument from her daughter and husband. 'Let's just celebrate and have a beautiful night rest'.
Yes darling Randolph agrees licking his mate(ivory's) teeth. ' besides all omega's are expected to eventually produce children by an alpha; he concluded with his wife staring at him with annoyance.
Luna leaves the room in anger still very disappointed at her father.

By dawn Luna came back home with Rek. Her father Randolph was happy to meet him and all he kept saying was 'My daughter has finally made me proud'.
Luna was very much displeased with every attitude her father was putting, she still didn't understand how having a mate was a thing of Pearls and silver.
Ivory got to talk with Rek and she was indeed happy for her daughter.
