Melva was dumbfounded. She first thought that something was wrong with her eyes, too much exposure from the sun and whatnot. Or maybe she was too tired and she was imagining things that she was not actually seeing. She could not even believe her own eyes at the moment.
She searched for a crack on the wall and found a small hole, a gap between the wall and the door of the storage room. She used the tiny gap to take a peek of the main area of the tavern through it. She was suspecting that she had done something wrong with her clairvoyance ability and now it did not work as well as it was supposed to. There were a lot of possibilities that Melva considered thoroughly. She had to convince herself that she was actually seeing the sparkles and she was not seeing things.
