"Do you revive ghouls by burying them in the graveyards?" asked Melva in confusion. She had difficulties in understanding Alden's rather vague answers. She did not know a thing about ghouls and Alden's explanation only made her even more perplexed.
Alden frowned in her way to comprehend the words he had said. "I mean dead people become ghouls in our region. Do you really have so little knowledge about us from where you came from?"
"Do you forget that she did come from the human world where supernatural creatures like us only exist in folklore, Your Grace?" reminded Davis, taking on Melva's side. "Even I, myself, don't really know how ghouls work. Duke Vance rarely talks about you and we did not cross paths that much. It is a good thing, though. The only reason we cross paths with people is because we are going to fight them."
