"Rise and shine, lazy people. It is time for your trial," singsonged Lady Chlora as she graced the prisoners with her presence very early in the morning.

No one was the slightest bit worried about the trial. They knew this was a huge misunderstanding and it would be solved soon. They could not wait until the trial was held, so that they would be able to see Linwood and shut this female fairy up.

They were all tired of hearing Linwood's sister mocking them and making condescending comments like fairies were creatures much greater than them. At first, Rosetta, Vance, and Alden still humoured her and went along with her insults, but they remained silent now. Her presence itself was exhausting. She was so stubborn that no matter what they said, she would not hear them. Why should they bother talking at all?
