Free city- Island City of Dungeons called Kemet, which is a very big island with over 100 dungeons with an inactive volcano at the center. It is said that there is a dungeon core at of the Island and it suppresses the power of the volcano by creating that huge amount of dungeons.
These dungeons bring a huge amount of resources but no country wants to own them as it will be a huge blessing and a curse because if they control Kemet then they have to fight all other kingdoms and empires which will turn into a continental-wide war at the same time they have to suppress the dungeons if not it will turn into a monster paradise.
Due to this reason, it is a free city governed by Adventurer Guild which is also a continental-wide organization. In simple terms, it gives work to unemployed people.
