I am always known as someone who is innocent. But after that day, I guess I can say I was not anymore.

Sporting my favorite look for the rainy season, with jeans and my casual knitted shirt, I walk through the road rain and stamped my feet a little, enough to not make my jeans wet.

It is already in the middle of the school year and I am in my 3rd-year college, with a Bachelor of Business Administration Major in Finance as my course.

For a quiet reason, I am always early to attend my classes as the rainy season starts. I feel like a lot of my classmates are still sleeping and snoring at this time. I smiled to myself.

But I cannot blame them though. Cold weather sure feels like a lullaby. You would feel as if you do not want to remove yourself out of the bed.

And since I was early today, the room is all mine. I walk towards our first room for today. Sit my ass up on the table and swung my feet back and forth when my phone rings. It was from my cousin, Nicole, she is a few years older than me and next week I cannot believe she is to marry!

You know, she is my opposite. If I am not so active with worldly things, she is.

I tried to first listen to her background before saying "Hello".

"Oh yes, hello virgin Trixie, what's up?" her voice is always loud and high pitched. I wondered why Craig's ears are not yet damaged until now.

"I'm fine. I'm at school now" I smiled and noticed how soft-spoken it is again.

Sometimes I wonder what if I try to be like her. Be miss congeniality. Have a lot of friends around and party till 3 am. But I know myself very well. I know I will remain like this until maybe something exciting would happen that would make me somehow change.

I suck at drinking alcohol, my tolerance is too low, the reason why I always look like a stiff stick whenever I am around people who loves to drink.

"I know. It's the rainy season. Of course you would be at school now" she said. Loud again. "Okay but today is extra extra special, I am inviting you to attend my bridal shower! Omg, can you imagine it? I am getting married sooner! I am to have my family, but I am not yet thinking of having a child. But you know we did that here and ther-

The excitement in her voice made me doubt how she is not yet thinking of having a son. But since she is starting to go exactly how they did that anywhere, I decided to cut her off.

I am a little boring I know. But this girl really has the talent to make me imagine things I do not need at the moment. And I believe that imagination is not healthy for my today's exam!

"I have an exam today Nicole-" but was cut off immediately.

"Don't make exams your excuse to ditch me now!"

I can imagine her fanning herself with her hand right now with that tone of her voice.

"Exams don't have feelings. I do. So ditch it" she said with full conviction.

Who told her I will not go? I just said I have exams. And here she is ordering me to ditch my exam. What a nice advice.

"I am going " I said softly.

"Oh yes, you are going" she said mimicking my tone.

I laughed. And shake my head.

The afternoon came and I was now on my way to Nicole's reserved room for me today. I bowed and smiled at the security guard as he greet me.

"Hi. Good evening, I am under the reservation of Nicole Caddel. "

The receptionist looked at me for a while and I smiled at her softly.

I got my key card. And my room is on number 17.

So while holding my sling bag, I used the key card to open it.

And I was shocked because as soon as the door opened.

I saw a girl.

Kneeling.

And with her mouth is something that made my mouth drop.
