Several wolves had gathered in the hall for the zoning meeting, but Keren saw a woman crying as she looked at the zoning letter. Keren walked over and calmed the woman down.
"Madam, why are you crying? Is there something wrong with this meeting?" Keren asked. The woman didn't say anything, instead, she handed Keren a letter. Keren accepted it and opened the letter, which turned out to be a letter from her late husband that had been soiled because it had not been opened. And the contents of the letter, regarding the division of territories that will be delivered at the meeting in the hall.
